Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the casino was a mixed bag. While I found the rooms to be comfortable and well-equipped, my experience was marred by poor service and disappointing food options. The management seemed unresponsive to issues, which added to the frustration. If you're just looking for a place to sleep after a day of activities, it might work, but don't count on a pleasurable dining experience.
After a trek through the redwoods, staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience with modern and contemporary rooms. While the rooms offered great amenities, the cleanliness could use improvement, and the dining options at the casino didn't fully satisfy. The stay was enjoyable overall, but the thin walls made for a noisy experience at times.
This hotel has its ups and downs. While the rooms were cute and clean, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, which made for a rough night's sleep. The food at the restaurant was excellent, but my experience at the casino was less enjoyable due to tight slot machines. Overall, I might consider other options for my next trip.
We had a lovely stay at this hotel after Christmas, with a clean and spacious room and a very inviting lobby featuring warm fires during the cold. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially the manager, Elyzabeth, when we needed assistance with billing. However, our experience at the casino was less enjoyable due to the uncomfortable bed and rowdy guests in the hallway during the night.
