The management seemed unresponsive to issues, which added to the frustration. We had a lovely stay at this hotel after Christmas, with a clean and spacious room and a very inviting lobby featuring warm fires during the cold. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially the manager, Elyzabeth, when we needed assistance with billing. However, our experience at the casino was less enjoyable due to the uncomfortable bed and rowdy guests in the hallway during the night.
